However, Raxen Consulting — our strategy division — evaluates on an exceptional basis external projects of extreme complexity and high strategic value. The process begins with our Technical Blueprint, a comprehensive technical audit executed by the Consulting team.

Process Requirements

  • Project of high technical complexity and enterprise scope.
  • Technical budget commensurate with the level of engineering required.
  • Willingness for a rigorous evaluation process (Technical Blueprint).
  • Commitment to Agile/Scrum methodologies and Raxen Labs standards.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Each project is evaluated by the Raxen Consulting committee under criteria of complexity, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
